Notary for Two (2) Documents Typewritten in French | The Village Grind

Close to The Village Grind’s closing time of 4:00 PM, GreenvilleNotary.com Owner and Notary Public Sonita M. Leak met with a local resident of the Upstate to notarize her signature party to a document completely written in French.

People will call into our Notary Service and inquire about having documents that are written in another language signed and then notarized. This is perfectly cool with us at GreenvilleNotary.com. Why? Because our job is not to be a document inspector, we are ONLY acting in the capacity of the public official of our respective states to verify the identity of the signer. The rule for South Carolina is that the notarial language used MUST be written in English. If you as a notary or as a signer has any questions, you can call 864.214.6447, however, know that we cannot provide legal advice and are not attorneys.

Today’s assignment was completed, as we stated, at The Village Grind located at 1263 Pendleton Street, Greenville, South Carolina, 29611.  Thanks go out to Lindsey Montgomery, Co-Owner and our signer for making the experience to meet a challenge head on, great!
