Notary Blog: Spanish-Language Docs

A personal statement written in Spanish and another statement written in English was notarized at Coffee Underground on the morning of Monday, December 26th, 2016.

The Spanish-language statement was written on a date in October, however, upon sending to its final destination, the letter was not accepted because the signature was not notarized.

The call came into our Notary Line around 11:30 a.m. By 12 o’clock Noon the signer’s signature was notarized for both documents. Individual Acknowledgements were attached due to the fact that there was no notarial language provided on either document.

This assignment was conducted by State of South Carolina Notary Public Signing Agent Sonita M. Leak.

Have a document or statement written in another language and need its signature notarized? Call 864-214-6447, we can help you!
