Notary Blog: Two Local and Two Nationwide | 1 Day

Beginning the notarial day with a Good Friend and Repeat Customer, Neveah D. in front of me was the highlight of my morning.

Going through a full day and being able to assist a total of seven (7) people with their important transactions during the day? That was even better bliss for us here at GreenvilleNotary.com. A synopsis of Thursday, March 2, 2017 is as follows:

9:15 am – Coffee Underground with Ms. D., providing a Jurat/Affiant Statement drafted by the National Notary Association with a handwritten statement provided by Ms. D.  Her signature was penned and then notarized by GreenvilleNotary.com Owner Sonita M. Leak.

12 pm – A Seller-Side Oversight transaction for a State of Tennessee property in the peculiar area of Powdersville where some parts of the 29611 Zip Code are in Anderson County. This signing took approximately one (1) hour to complete.  The total # of pages for this transaction equaled 51.

3 pm – Another Seller-Side Oversight transaction for a State of Florida property was conducted off of Halton Road in Greenville, SC 29607.

8 pm – A call rang into the GreenvilleNotary.com lines at 7:23pm on 3/2/17 for a South Carolina resident holding a North Carolina vehicle title wanting to sell the vehicle referenced to another South Carolina resident.  North Carolina vehicle titles are required to have the ‘SELLER’ party to the transaction’s signature notarized.  Since the seller was traveling to deliver the vehicle and its title to the new owner, they wanted to take care of the paperwork while still in South Carolina.  This was accomplished by 8:30pm at Panera Bread, 708 Haywood Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
