Notary Blog: In Labor on Labor Day

Today is a day where we celebrate the working class, those who put in the long hours to feed, clothe and care for their families.  For us here today, it is also a day to reflect on those who desire to work those same long and hard hours for their families and cannot.  For those of you out there who do have to work on today, we hope that you do your duties to those you serve with pride, as there are those out there who seek the opportunity that you have.

An early morning assignment was fielded at Port City Java, located in Downtown Greenville, South Carolina.  Port City Java is known for its early morning coffee addicts, er uh… drinkers and outside drinking tables and back patio. There are few coffee spots Downtown Greenville where you are afforded the opportunity to sit and drink your caffeine-filled beverage outside, right on location.

The assignment was public, therefore no specific details to be released other than the fact that the documents signed today required an additional witness, a sworn statement and three notarial acts.
