Yes, today, there was a lot of fake writing going on. Walk into this very busy Downtown Greenville coffee-house and you usually see actual writing going on, but on this particular day, things were a little peculiar.
Today, as I walked into the back portion of the coffee-house I was greeted by sikes, cameras, videography equipment and a bunch of fake typists and writers. Yes, sometimes you have to ‘fake it’ to ‘make it’. In this case, a group was filming for an upcoming project. The scene? Studying, I’m guessing.
The transaction was one of a private nature, however, it involved a signing Principal, two witnesses (a request on the paperwork was to not have the notary act as one), and of course Notary Public verification of identity of each party.
The signing was originally set for Starbucks, 3230 N. Pleasantburg Dr, Greenville, SC 29609, however, the need for witnesses prevented the transaction from taking place at this location.
This assignment was completed by State of South Carolina REALTOR and Notary Public Sonita M. Leak on Friday, September 2, 2016.
