Notary for Power of Attorney Documents for Local Resident Giving Power to Act to Texas Resident

A local resident gave durable powers to a party in the State of Texas regarding all matters dealt with in that state. Along with additional documentation, because the Principal did not have photo identification, another local resident bearing valid government identification did however sign and affirm by oath that they knew Principal. This assignment was conducted at the South Main Street Starbucks located in the 550 RiverPlace Building location, Suite #101.
