A Notary Note About Privacy and Record-Keeping | Coffee Underground

Rest assured, when privacy counts, GreenvilleNotary.com is at your service.  When a Notary Public logs your information into their record-books (that is if they even have one), it is imperative and very important that any other information, including information of those who have signed previous to the current signer, are held very closely and kept out sight of other parties.

We here at GreenvilleNotary.com take pride in keeping private, PRIVATE.  It is not a requirement for a notary public in South Carolina to record transactions by record-book, however, it is a grand idea for ALL notaries to record their transactions. Some states require all of their notaries public to record transactions.  You are an officer of your state, therefore, if a particular transaction is challenged or the parties end up in court and you are to provide your record-book, the transaction is documented.

Tonight’s signing occurred in the company of many and due to the nature of the signing, no further details will be disclosed.

Tonight’s assignment was conducted by Notary Public Sonita M. Leak at Coffee Underground, 1 East Coffee Street, Greenville, South Carolina 29601.
