As per the Project Host website:
“Rooted in Greenville, South Carolina, Project Host alleviates hunger and provides job training through several programs that each tackle a different aspect of food insecurity.
Project Host began as a soup kitchen in 1981. Since then, we have evolved to include a culinary school for unemployed and underemployed people, a feeding program for local after-school sites, and an on-site garden that contributes all its fresh produce to our other programs.
Check out the rest of our website to learn more about the work we do in the Greenville community.”
