Although we at GreenvilleNotary.com are not attorneys, it is HIGHLY IMPORTANT to make sure you’ve covered your bases when conducting Interstate (state-to-state) transactions. Because North Carolina vehicle registration and titling facilities require notarization of the seller’s signature, it’s best that if you are conducting any type of interstate deal, that you have the signature of the seller notarized before the title leaves their hands.
