New Blog Post: Notary for Maverick Auto Dealership Signing – Anderson, SC

We’ve conducted assignments on behalf of Maverick before, back in 2011 and 2012.  Welcome back Maverick to GreenvilleNotary.com.  It’s been a loooong four years and I hope now that you’re back, you’ll stay (smiley face).  An urgent, rush order was completed on behalf of a vehicle purchase originating in California with the buyer on the Anderson, South Carolina end.

This assignment was completed by Certified Notary Public Signing Agent Sonita M. Leak at 3:30pm on Saturday, January 31, 2015.  The documents were dropped via FedEx same day.  Thank you for handing this assignment to us.  Many more we shall take in the future!

New Blog Post: Notary for Authorization of Transfer of Trust

An Authorization of Transfer of Trust document was signed by a local resident and notarized by Certified Notary Public Signing Agent Sonita M. Leak on Friday, January 30, 2015. The signer called not a few minutes after we headed out to Landrum, therefore we had to serve his needs on the return, WHICH WE DID!

So without further ado, our LAST signing of the day was completed around 6pm.

An urgent call for a Notary Public was answered when a resident of Connecticut called on behalf of Power of Attorney documents for a resident of Hospice House located at 260 Fairwinds Rd, Landrum, South Carolina 29356.

Within the hour, GreenvilleNotary.com was there.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, there was a bit of a wait, however, once the process was started, everything went smoothly.  Thank you for the courteous staff and crew for allowing us to assist one of your residents today.
