A South Carolina Health Care Power of Attorney and a separate Durable Power of Attorney were signed by a principal at Greenville Memorial Hospital, witnessed by the family member of another patient, Sonita M. Leak and then notarized by the same. This signing occurred on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, our FIRST NOTARIZATION IN MARCH! Thanks to the friendly person we just happened to grab last minute, who agreed to show her ID to a total stranger.
