4:15pm – Simpsonville, SC 29681 sick and shut-in resident signing party to Probate Documents for the State of Georgia.

8:00pm – Panera Bread, 708 Haywood Road Marriage Ceremony on behalf of two new State of South Carolina residents.

Tuesday, February 14, 2017

8:30am – Marriage License Turn-In for couple married on February 13, 2017.

2:00pm – Marriage Ceremony performed in the Windwood Gardens Apartment complex on behalf of two local Pickens, SC residents by Wedding Notary Sonita M. Leak.

3:00pm – Private Signing at St. Francis Bon Secours 7th floor for a patient there.

Wednesday, February 15, 2017

10:00am – Failed signing (due to signer not being present) for a resident slated to be available for signing on behalf of a company, conducted by Sonita M. Leak.

11:30am – Connections Luncheon for FemCity Greenville, located at Stax Epicurean restaurant, located off of Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. Attended by multiple members of the community, including FemCity Greenville Board Members, Education Chair Linda Cely, Events Chair Pamela Barber and Secretary Sonita M. Leak.

1:45pm – 2:30pm  Zaxby’s Downtown Greenville was the location for three separate signings involving the following transactions, not in any specific order: Out-of-State Property Documents, Tax Overage Redemption and Notary Public Application for a local resident.

Thursday, February 16, 2017

3:15pm – Poinsett Rehabilitation for Repeat Customer previously serviced at St. Francis Bon Secours on a separate occasion for a private document signing.

4:00pm – Burger King Cherrydale signing for a traveling non-resident of South Carolina for paperwork on property based in California.  Total pages for the signing?  203.  Total time it took to conduct the signing? 2 hours and 15 minutes.

9:00 – Poinsett Rehabilitation for Repeat Customer re-do for paperwork needing witness signatures. A witness was provided by the Notary Public Sonita M. Leak on site.

Sunday, February 19, 2017

3pm – Marriage Ceremony at the Bowater Ampitheatre on this very odd and warm day via Falls Park at the Reedy.

Monday, February 20, 2017

11:30am – Affiant Statement by a local party with receipt being sent via Square Point of Sale Reader.

3:00pm – Spartanburg, South Carolina signing on behalf of a Spanish-speaking resident who needed a form written in Spanish signed and notarized.  Also, document services were provided off-site for the signer, totaling 3 hours work time.

7:00pm – Late-night Wedding Ceremony on behalf of two local Greenville, South Carolina residents at their mutual home.  The pair were surrounded by family and friends during this joyous occasion.

No work completed on this day due to court preparation, personal appointments and vehicle work.

Wednesday, February 22, 2017

Probate Court on behalf of a Repeat Customer no longer, but FRIEND AND FAMILY. The court proceedings lasted approximately 5 hours from 9am, ending around 2pm.

4:00pm – Panera Bread Haywood, 708 Haywood Road, Greenville, SC 29607 signing on behalf of a Repeat Customer of the third kind.

5:00pm – McDonald’s Rutherford Road signing for document traveling out of state for a private matter.  Signing was conducted and fax was sent off ON-THE-SPOT for the signer.

8:30pm – Panera Bread Taylors, 6015 Wade Hampton Blvd Suite E, Taylors SC 29687.
