Witnessing and notarization was completed today for both a Durable Financial Power of Attorney and State of South Carolina Health Care Power of Attorney. Because the Principal did not at the time of signing hold a valid, government-issued form of identification, two credible witnesses swore to the Principal’s identity with sworn statements. They also produced their valid, government-issued forms of identification.
