Thanks to the quick thinking of a resourceful leasing apartment manager, a new local resident to South Carolina will be electrocu…
er, uh, electrically serviced, by Monday.
There are varying apartment complexes to choose from in the Upstate, South Carolina area, however, I’ve never known one where a tenant can pay their rent, put in maintenance requests and even access their lease information through their website via an online interface. Quite impressed.
The task at hand was to verify the identity of the new South Carolina resident on behalf of the Duke Energy Identity Verification Form required to start electrical service to their apartment unit. Also, the form had to be faxed directly to the Duke Energy offices. This service was performed ON THE SPOT for the customer.
Also, today, yes today, was the first time that we’d used Square Cash for any transaction. To read more up on this handy-dandy payment app in which you can either request or pay money to a buyer or seller and the Square payment processing altogether, CLICK HERE.
Today’s identity verification (Saturday, April 16, 2016) was performed by GreenvilleNotary.com Owner and State of South Carolina Notary Public Sonita M. Leak. Signing location was Roper Mountain Woods Apartments, 1101 Roper Mountain Road, Greenville, SC 29615.
