These past two days have seen State of South Carolina court documents back to back. It’s a pleasure serving my community when it is in need of exigent notary service. There are a plethora of resources ONLINE available for those who are seeking paperwork through the State Court system. You can find the following affidavits and hundreds of other forms on the State of South Carolina Judicial Department’s Website:
Affidavit for Collection of Personal Property Pursuant to Small Estate Proceedings
Affidavit of Abandonment (Distraint)
Affidavit of Adeemed or Abated Property
Affidavit of Default
Affidavit of Default for Divorce
Affidavit of Distribution for Personal Property
Affidavit of Due Diligence
Affidavit of Heirs
Affidavit of Mailing
Affidavit of Service by Mailing – Child Support Modification
Affidavit of Surrender
Affidavit to Obtain Bank Balance
Affidavit to Pay Support through Court
Today’s signing involved an Acceptance of Service and Agreement Waiver. A general Acceptance of Service form and all others can be found on the State of South Carolina’s Judicial Department Website. Today’s signing was conducted at GreenvilleNotary.com Headquarters. It involved a signer who, upon arrival and inspection of documents, did not realize that their form of ID was misspelled, therefore leading her to sign as, her name AKA (also known as), the misspelled name.
Assignment conducted by GreenvileNotary.com Owner and Certified Notary Public Signing Agent Sonita M. Leak on the morning of January 20, 2016.
