A sick and partially shut-in local resident was in need of assistance in the early-morning hours of Thursday, August 6, 2015. Documents needed to be personally delivered to Columbia’s Court of Appeals, 1220 Senate Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29201. Before delivery, however, the documents needed signing by the party requesting and needed notarization. The call rang in to GreenvilleNotary.com at approximately 9:00 am. The signer originally requested six (6) copies of a Request For More Time Petition to the Court. The signer DID in fact need these copies, however, due to the fact that no copier was available, the whole operation was moved to FedEx, 550 Woods Lake Road, Greenville, SC 29607. Several Individual Acknowledgment Forms (provided via the National Notary Association) had to be printed and were attached to each of the six (6) documents.
