Notary for Swearing In for Private Deposition Hearing for State of Florida Case | Headquarters

On the morning of Friday, October 2, 2015, a case that was previously continued from August was revisited.  Because the case originated in the State of Florida and the State of South Carolina resident, the Plaintiff involved in the case could not travel due to her career, the court system allowed the Deponent to be heard telephonically.

Due to the fact the Deponent‘s case was in another state, when the conference call begins, the call must be initiated by a sworn oath before a notary public as to the identity of the signer.  During the course of the deposition, the signer’s identification was verified, proof of execution thereof and Certified Notary Public Signing Agent Sonita M. Leak’s credentials were faxed to the Florida State court system.
