Notary for South Carolina Durable and Health Care Powers of Attorney

Four parties to a document appeared and one, the principal, signed for a South Carolina Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney and a Declaration statement on Sunday, October 12, 2014.  This signing was conducted by Sonita M. Leak, Certified Notary Public Signing Agent at the FedEx Copy and Print Center located at 550 Woods Lake Drive, Greenville, South Carolina 29607. The Attorneys in fact to the document appeared with the principal of the document (AW) to vouch for their identity, however, this verification was not needed as they were not required to sign the paperwork.  We answered their call early on Sunday and that made all the difference.  We pride ourselves on service, come again!
