Notary for Urgent Power of Attorney Signing | Greenville Memorial Hospital

On the evening of February 1, 2016 a three-part signing was completed on behalf of a patient at Greenville Memorial Hospital.  Because her spouse was running relentlessly across town running errands,  he relied on GreenvilleNotary.com to handle the document side of the day.

Early on the morning of February 1, 2016, the spouse of the patient called in to us to have a Power of Attorney document printed.  This i what ew do on a daily basis.  The task was quickly handled, however, due to several factors, the signing could not commence as regularly scheduled.  There was an approximate one (1) hour wait before we could make our way up to the patient. However, the signing had to take place as soon as possible, pending surgery. Overall, the process for today’s signing took a total of four (4) hours.  We’re glad we were there to assist!

This Power of Attorney signing was completed by GreenvilleNotary.com Owner and Certified Notary Public Signing Agent Sonita M. Leak. The same as Witness. A hospital chaplain on staff as second witness.
